Register online now!  Limit 32 Racers!  Applications accepted will be notified by April 12th.

Entry Information​:

  • $30 Entry Fee covers 1 driver, 1 vehicle and 1 crew member BOTH events!  All others must purchase an event ticket.  NO discount if only competing in 1 event.  Participants (crew or driver) must be at least 18 years of age. 

  • The event is rain or shine.  NO refunds will be given for any reason.

  • Registration will be taken in the order received with priority going to racers who can compete at both events.

  • Since space is limited, if you reserve a spot but are unable to make it, you must notify us by 5:00 PM on June 12 by emailing jaystufftrucks@frontier.com.  This will allow us time to contact racers who did not make the cut off.  If you do not notify us prior to the deadline, we will be unable to reserve your spot for future events.
     

Purse Information:

  • 1st Place - $400 | 2nd Place - $250 | 3rd Place - $125 | 4th Place - $100 | 5th Place - $75 | 6th Place - $50

  • PLUS a Promoter Bonus Divided between the Top 6 Finishers each event!

COMPETITION VEHICLE RULES!

All competition vehicles will be inspected.  If you have any questions, please contact jaystufftrucks@frontier.com

  • Competition is open to any 4,6, or 8-cylinder car, truck, van or SUV.

  • Roll Bar/Roll Cage is highly suggest, but not required for any hard-top vehicle unless the windshield or other class is broken or missing.  If so, a Roll Cab is required..

  • Any soft top or open top vehicle must have an approved roll bar/roll cage.

  • All open body vehicles must have drive side safety net.

  • All open body vehicle drivers must wear a 5-point safety belt system with either arm restraint safety straps or you must have covering around driver to contain hands/arms during a roll-over.

  • Seat belts (both lap belts and should strap) required and must be worn.

  • Window net or driver door window required on enclosed cab vehicles.

  • All vehicles must have a 4-wheel hydraulic brake system in good working condition.

  • No individual wheel brakes allowed.

  • Engine must be in original location as intended by manufacturer.  No rear engine vehicles or mid engine vehicles.  4 & 6-cylinder engines can be installed in different brands of vehicles.  V-8 engines must have been available from the factory for the year, make, and model vehicle being used.

  • Radiator must be in original location.  All engine fans must be shrouded.  Radiator overflow hoses must point downward.

  • Must be stock factory suspension, O.E.M. replacement or equivalent.  Dual shocks are permitted on front end to reduce breakage.  Original front shock must remain mounted in original location, second front shock must be original equipment replacement or equivalent for the vehicle being used.  Aftermarket lift kits will be allowed (Max. lift 4’).  Length of suspension travel cannot be increased except to accommodate lift kit.  Rear shocks must be mounted at original location.  All suspension components must be in good working condition.  Racing suspension components will not be allowed.

  • Non-licensed or non-tagged vehicles must have some form of safety strap to hold up front portion of driveshaft in case of failure, must be securely mounted.  Chain or cable (min. ¼”), steel strapping, etc.  will be allowed.  Highly recommended on all vehicles. 

DRIVER & CREW INFORMATION!

  • Drivers and Crew Members (Participants) must be at least 18 years old.

  • Drivers must have a valid driver’s license.

  • Driver must wear DOT approved full-face helmet.  Strap must be fastened.

  • Driver must wear long pants and long sleeve shirts.  No open footwear allowed. Fire retardant jackets, pants, shoes & gloves highly recommended.

  • Neck braces are highly recommended.

  • If you hit or run into any wall or fencing on the track, you are disqualified.

  • No drugs or alcohol allowed on the grounds.  Zero tolerance! 

  • Idle speed is mandatory at all non-competition times, this includes any time in the pit area, entering, and leaving the track.  Any “hot rodding” will not be allowed and is grounds for immediate disqualification. 

  • All Drivers and Crew Members must attend the drivers meeting.

  • No Crew Members permitted on the track at anytime.

  • June 15 | Event Information
     

    • Racers need to be signed in by 3 PM.​

    • Drivers meeting & seeding draw at 3:30 PM.

    • Pre-Race Pit Party 5:00 PM till 6:30 PM.

    • Show starts at 7:00 PM.
       

  • June 16 | Event Information

    • Racers need to be signed in by 12 PM.​

    • Drivers meeting & seeding draw at 12:30 PM.

    • Pre-Race Pit Party 2:00 PM till 3:30 PM.

  • Show starts at 4:00 PM.

The event will feature a bracket style racing, if unable to race 2 at a time, we will still do bracket eliminations.  Your seeding on the bracket will be determined by a draw.  All decision made by the event officials are FINAL!  Any unprofessional behavior will result in a DQ. 

Waiver & Risk Notice:  All participants must sign a release and entry form understanding that they are participating/competing at their own risk and they (or any affiliates) will not bring suit against any officials, employees, sponsors, event promoter, event organizer or property owner.  The driver is responsible for any damages done to the venue or any property.  By signing the release and entry forms, you agree to all rules set forth and acknowledge that your vehicle meets all requirements and understand that your vehicle is subject to inspection.  When you register, you agree that you have reviewed and understand this notice.
